- Remove Rootstock blockchain integration (client, service, module, config, enum) - Add database-configurable EVM balance monitoring system - Support monitoring of native coins and ERC20 tokens for any EVM chain - Add initial configuration for Ethereum, Polygon, and Citrea - Keep existing Citrea balance tracking in monitoring_balance for now
