- Introduces `create_stream_from_sd_hash` method in `FileManager` to create streams directly from SD hashes without claim resolution - Adds fallback logic in `Daemon` to attempt stream creation from SD hash when no existing streams are found - Includes proper error handling and logging for stream creation attempts - Uses a fake claim structure to bypass normal claim/onchain requirements
