Version 1.4 (Community-Is-Key) released

A handful of updates (full changelog here) are finally implemented:

• ID-to-Service-List list is now available. This will show you which custom ID is related to which service.
• Test MCC endpoints
• Test NuGet endpoints
• AIA URIs are now also tested against well-known URIs when now CRL is available
• Updated DO endpoints
• Enhanced autodetection for merging result CSVs
