Implemented Phase A5 (Mongo Integration V2) by adding comprehensive integration tests for MongoSecurityGuard using real infrastructure (DatabaseResolver), strictly avoiding mocks. Fixed a critical duplicate namespace bug in src/Drivers/Mongo/MongoSecurityGuard.php exposed by the integration process.
