Replace the "tg h/n/b/p" hack in page titles with the standard Docusaurus sidebar_custom_props mechanism. Fixes badge text leaking into tag category pages and other unswizzled surfaces. Also adds "New" badges to the Python SDK and PHP SDK sidebar categories.
