Auto-align 70 files using the new fix-table-alignment.js script. Add table-alignment CI job to pr-checks.yml so misaligned tables fail the PR check going forward.

Move Plans to position 2 so users see plan options before detail pages. Group billing items (Billing Portal, Upgrades, Cancellations) together at 6-8. Push community pages (Feature Requests, Review Us) to the end. Fix position conflicts: plans/ vs feature-requests both at 5, trader vs starter-trial both at 3. Close numbering gaps left by previously deleted pages.
