Calling \printnames[surname] as the naming convention for fields has changed. Amending lines 22 and 23 from 'surname' to 'last' to match new biblatex naming conventions.
Bug: Chapter citation not showing space between Publisher and Year. Fix: Insert \addspace% on line 378.

Chapters in books were coming out without a comma or space between publisher and year. This fixes that.
