- 后台设置新增"隐藏主题切换按钮"选项，可强制使用自动模式
- 新增"仅跟随系统主题"子选项，禁用时间切换（18:00-08:00）
- 实现系统主题变化实时监听，无延迟响应用户系统主题切换
- 优化主题切换逻辑：仅跟随系统主题时停用定时器，降低资源消耗
- 浏览器不支持监听时自动回退到定时扫描机制
- 更新数据库结构，增加 hideThemeSwitch 和 disableTimeBasedTheme 字段
