export some variable to make the api actually works

The mod for api test could be compiled as the following commands. For test without heart rate device, there is a random data source at the config menu.

git clone git@github.com:frto027/HeartBeatQuest.git --recursive
cd HeartBeatQuest
git checkout qounters-hard-dependency
qpm restore
qpm qmod zip

Maybe QOUNTERS_EXPORT should be defined to empty value when compiling with other mods. idk how to do it and if it actually affects something.
