Automatic analysis of C. elegans videos

How to

1. Provide the file directory in the if __name__ == "__main__" block in the exopher_analysis.py file
2. Enter the sample names for all .lif files in that folder in the conditions variable
3. Run the script

To adjust the analysis procedure and/or extend it, change the source code in exopher_analysis.py
