- Convert the 'Compose' button in the sidebar to a `Link` component. This allows users to open the compose window in a new tab/window and aligns with standard web navigation semantics. - Add `role="status"` to the bulk action bar in `FolderView`. This ensures screen readers announce the selection count when the bar appears, improving accessibility for keyboard/assistive tech users.
