⚡ Bolt: Pre-compile regex in backend APIs

💡 What:
Pre-compiled regular expressions in backend/api/mail.py and backend/api/folders.py to improve performance.

  • SUBJECT_SANITIZER_REGEX: Used to sanitize email subjects against Header Injection.
  • FOLDER_NAME_REGEX: Used to validate folder names.

🎯 Why:
Regex compilation has overhead. Defining them as module-level constants ensures they are compiled once at startup rather than on every request/validation call.

📊 Impact:
Micro-optimization for request handling speed, especially under load when many validations occur.

🔬 Measurement:
Verified via script that regexes are compiled and working correctly.

Pre-compiled regular expressions in `backend/api/mail.py` and `backend/api/folders.py` to improve performance.

- `SUBJECT_SANITIZER_REGEX`: Used to sanitize email subjects against Header Injection.
- `FOLDER_NAME_REGEX`: Used to validate folder names.

This avoids recompiling the regex on every request.
