Alpha Bug Fix for playing Fallout 4 VR

Fixed the interaction issue on Bethesda Games by emulating touchpad touched before and after touchpad pressed. It works but while it's in the touched state it works as so, might cause some confusion. I'm still optimizing it. Let me know how it works for you.
OBS: Because of some SteamVR update, this bridge only works on the "openvr-inputemulator-temporary" and the "v1527117754 - 6/21/2018 hotfix" BETA versions.
