This contains the changes to integrate simdzone with Unbound. That makes unbound call simdzone for zone parsing.
Some changes are necessary, because of things like libtool for Unbound, that NSD previously did not do. It goes together with a branch with changes for Unbound in https://github.com/NLnetLabs/unbound/tree/simdzone-zone-load .
