This commit modified Terminals.dmi to make the newscaster more prominent when displaying news and wanted posters (minor color changes, no design alterations). Specifically, the news text on the newscaster sprite was made white to be more eye-catching, the wanted alert was given red lettering in addition to brighter text, and the alert sprite (overlays onto the newscaster standard when new content is available) was made brighter to fit with the brighter news text.
