@kkraus14 this initial PR was intended to confirm that the access was in place etc. We have v100 and rtxpro6000 on amd64 to add. The a100 failures are unrelated package installation failures. At this stage do you or others have strong opinions on adding this. At a minimum I would have added some to the nightly matrix too, anything else you or others want to see?

The nightlies aren't running right now, so adding anything there doesn't seem that useful yet.

As far as those aarch64 failures, I am seeing similar errors elsewhere suggesting there's a mirror sync happening right now.
