Turns out tzinfo is no longer a dependency of active_support and so needed to be manually added

…wise, when tombstones are in Cassandra the all() method may return zero results regardless of the number of valid results it should be returning. Fixed get_range parameters (were referring to some very old version of the cassandra gem).

We are using cassandra object in one of our projects having decided that updating this gem was easier and better than creating a model base ourselves. The following changes have been added
If you are amenable to it, we will be added support for cassandra/0.8 and other small enhancements as we need them for this project and these will form additional pull requests
