Description
The OTP is successfully sent to the user, but when the user enters it for verification, the backend check fails — meaning the stored OTP and the entered OTP are not matching.
OTP is not being saved correctly in the database/session.
OTP is being hashed before saving, but comparison is done with plain text.
OTP is expired by the time verification happens.
OTP is being overwritten or cleared too early.
