* add MapToResponse function generic function for mapping domain models to a response message dto

* add GetAllFiles method to get all of user's files, with a pagination limit of 10. Used for returning all files in user's `files` dashboard in frontend.
* add ToRequest * add ToResponse * add ToModel mapper functions return mapFields thus, adding clarity to mapping and preventing code reuse.
* add idx_file_owner_modified_desc
