This is a rework to the outdated README in the extras/mockUI area of the Tank Controller. I have been able to implement Windows for most of the way, however, I did run into an issue with getting libTC.cpp to run and allow the command: python3 TankController.py to work correctly. I suspect that the error in libTC.cpp with importing Arduino components is the main culprit, but I have not found a solution.
Please reach out for questions, collaboration, or further notes about my changes.
