Also started removing references to "utcfromtimestamp" since it is deprecated.
This function is used in the scene export tools. The longterm plan is to move more of the export functionality to the export module in openet.core.

Modified LST correction function to compute NDVI internally to better support handling Landsat Collection 2 negative and saturated reflectance values.
