Resolves #75
This also exposes that on the old server, guild item IDs are actually incorrect... In the database the category IDs were not previously known so the item IDs are actually set to the category ID + item ID. Will create a follow-up issue to correct this going forward.
I was able to decipher this when implementing the guild shop item lookups because those packets make specific requests for the first 2-bytes of the known "item ID".
