- Created Dockerfile to host simulator
- Included VSCode Docker Development Environment configuration
- Included docker-compose.yml file for quick launching of the simulator inside a container
- Included some documentation regarding the Docker system
(refactor): removed ports mapping and simplified overall FSF-3930
FSF-3935 fix: fixed car showing up weird in Foxglove and steering being in the actuator
