Adds .gitignore. Adds cmake option to use fftw3 w/ hint to resulting GPL-binary.

Now, fftw_plan_dft_r2c and fftw_plan_dft_c2r is beeing used which should lead to a speed increase by factor 2, also the memory that is used by fftw3 should be reduces (see http://www.fftw.org/fftw3_doc/One_002dDimensional-DFTs-of-Real-Data.html#One_002dDimensional-DFTs-of-Real-Data for details).
