Corrects the sex restrictions in
phecodeX_R_sex.csvso that:• GU_603.6 – Scrotal pain → male-only
• GU_614.55 – Candidiasis of vulva and vagina → female-only
The previous values allowed both sexes, leading to inaccurate cohort definitions when generating sex-stratified PheWAS inputs. These fixes ensure downstream phenotype assignments (e.g.,
phewas_table()and any SNP-sex interaction models) now exclude biologically implausible cases. No other codes were modified. CSV schema unchanged.
