solve the syntax problems of an postToSlack functionallity

• Fix #1: prompt.get: Use the prompt data to be called from getDataFromGithub
• Fix #2: githubUrl: Fill the variable githubUrl with https://github.com
• Fix #3: getTime: Create a timestamp to identify the profile picture
• Fix#4: postToSlack: fix syntax problems, create directory and postToSlack function
• Fix #5: dotenv: Install and use the dotenv dependency
• Fix #6: webhookURL: Create the webhookURL which will be used to interact with slack web hook
• Fix #7: Eslint problems: Fix all eslint issues including the removal of console.log
