How to test manually

1. Login as admin (e.g. alix@example.com / secret) and make sure to select the "See pinned information" permission in agent roles
2. Enter a "pinned information" in an organization settings (e.g. Friendly Coop)
3. Check on different pages of this organization (especially in tickets) that this information is displayed
4. Login with a standard user (e.g. charlie / secret) and check that the information isn't visible
