FIX of scroll behavior
updated to bootstrap 4.6 and font awesome 5.15.3 (free), updated dev dependencies, updated dates throughout readme and license, and added script to automatically insert copyright date into theme, push theme version to 6.0.5
ran npm install to update version in package lock, and removed Travis CI integration (service shutting down) and dependency tracker (no longer functioning)
jQuery easing is old and deprecated, this new contribution uses animejs instead to update the functionality
Since jQuery easing has been removed, use jQuery slim instead
