Build before meeting at 12 June.
Use the workspace that has been mailed.

Also works with the datasets from blackboard (depending on the hardware, up until 100 strands should run without problems on standard hardware), as long as the .gff and .txt file from blackboard are included in the same folder as the .graph and .nwk files.
