Includes support for BypassKey as required by Blob Cache Loader. Enables returning MaxAge of five minutes on cache hits, as well as 304 Not Modified responses when the page has not yet been updated in the cache. Background cleanup routine has been removed in favor of Blob Cache Cleanup.
