Projexa is a project-based mentoring system designed for educational institutions. It connects students with mentors, manages team projects, tracks evaluations, and streamlines academic project workflows — all from your phone.

Head to the Releases page and download the latest .apk file.

Note: Since this is not distributed via the Play Store, you'll need to allow installation from unknown sources on your Android device.

Installation

1. Download the latest .apk from Releases
2. Open the file on your Android device
3. If prompted, allow installation from unknown sources
4. Install and open the app
5. Log in with your institutional credentials

For Students

• Dashboard — Overview of team status, upcoming evaluations, and pending tasks
• Team Management — View team members, problem statement, and project details
• Documents — Upload and track evaluation documents with status indicators
• Tasks — View and complete mentor-assigned tasks with progress tracking
• Interactions — Schedule and manage mentor meetings (online/offline)
• Messages — Real-time chat with mentors and team members
• Announcements — Stay updated with institutional announcements
• Evaluations — View scheduled evaluations and submission deadlines
• Achievements — Track and showcase academic achievements
• E-Resources — Access shared learning materials
• Profile — Manage your profile and academic information

• Teams — Monitor all assigned teams and their progress

Mentor features are currently in development and will be available in a future release.

• Push Notifications — Per-category notification controls (messages, tasks, announcements, documents, evaluations, interactions)
• Offline Support — Cached data for seamless offline browsing
• OTA Updates — App updates delivered instantly without reinstalling

Requirements
