Components of Appserver have been refactored to support the Jersey framework instead of relying on Spring Boot.
This is the first iteration, which includes most of the changes, but the work is still in progress.
This introduces dependencies on the
radar-jerseyandradar-jersey-hibernatelibraries and adopts the Kotlin coroutine environment in the application, replacing traditional threads.
