When installing `PRIVATE` targets the include path is not `$<INSTALL_PREFIX>/include`.

When installing
PRIVATEtargets the include path is not$<INSTALL_PREFIX>/include, so we need to use theINCLUDE_INSTALL_DIRvariable.
