Changing the command used by .desktop game files when using Snap and Flatpak versions.

This is just so that .desktop files created by the Snap version use the correct command.

Shouldn't the Snap package include its own .desktop files without the need to create them through Rare? I was looking if Rare does the same thing with flatpak, and that also doesn't handle it.

Edit: although I do consider this issue related to #609. get_rare_executable is used in both cases.

I made a small change so that the Flatpak version also creates the .desktop files using the correct command.

I hope you don't mind, I will go ahead and edit the PR to also fix the Steam shortcut issue since it is basically the same thing.
