Updated type casting for bounding box and node reference objects in the BVH builder and grid geometry code. Switching from C-style reference casts to C-style pointer casts followed by dereferencing, which is a safer and more idiomatic way to convert between types in C++. This fixes warnings that gcc would otherwise emit.
