Summary about CI change (since it's messy just looking at diff):

  1. Enable PVC GPU testing with default config in continuous workflow
  2. Enable PVC GPU testing in 1T and 2T mode in nightly workflow
  3. Cleanup commented out code related to PVC in yml files - we can always look into git history if something will be needed.
