These hydration errors are caused by a bug in our current version of
i8next:This PR bumps to latest. I also had to set a flag to stop i18next from spamming the terminal output with an ad to subscribe to their localization service.
There should be no functional changes, and all tests / tsc are still passing. To test this PR, there isn't much to do beyond a basic smoke test with SSR enabled:
