Adds kimi-for-coding as a new provider with 4 models: kimi-k2 (128K), kimi-k2-0905 (256K), kimi-k2-thinking (256K), and kimi-k2.5 (256K + vision). Includes init wizard support, metering rates, and model catalog entries with aliases (kimi-k2, kimi-coding). Also fixes base_url resolution so provider_urls config is applied to actual LLM calls (not just health probes), and uses atomic file writes for config updates
