Hi 👋 My name is Ritvik Yaragudipati

Aspiring Software Engineer

I started my Computer Science Journey learning Java in 2020. I have experience in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Consulting, Cybersecurity, and Business that I am eager to show you. My strongest languages are Java and Python, but I am always happy to learn new frameworks/languages.

Further, here are some of my recent achievements:

Software Engineering Intern for Lockheed Martin Corporate headquarters.

  • Developed an efficient data pipeline to transmit DIS simulation data into a visualization dashboard for Lockheed’s clients using ELK stack and python and successfully deployed it on a Kubernetes environment.
  • Lead a team of 3 developers and pitched implementation to the VP’s and CTO of the company. Currently, my pipeline is being used by Lockheed and will be demonstrated at Lockheed’s end of year conference.
  • Independently developed 2 user dashboards using Kibana and Vega. Dashboards are currently being used by OA’s and military commanders for simulation practices with Lockheed.

Data Analytics Consultant for SCORE Association.

  • Investigated improvements on SCORE’s social media accounts for Facebook and Google Business for 256 nationwide offices.
  • Utilized Natural Language Processing, Sentiment Analysis and OLS regression models to optimize post retention by using Score’s data set consisting of over 100,000 observations.
  • Created a regional and national recommendation outline that is currently being used by SCORE’s social media team.
    • SCORE has seen an overall increase in impressions by 14% after implementing my recommendations.

Computer Science Intern at Edlyft

  • Responsible for overseeing the University of Maryland department, creating lesson plans / material, as well as teaching advanced level object-oriented programming in Java.
  • Notable investors include Jeff Weiner (former CEO, now Executive Chairman of LinkedIn), Village Global VC, January Ventures, Backstage Capital and more.

Team Liaison and researcher for the University of Maryland.

  • I lead a team of 8 whose objective consists of improving current AI model detection rates for non-small cell lung cancer, supervised by our mentor, Dr. Soheil Feizi.
