Currently the Dialogflow app only replies to omnichannel conversations assigned to the bot and that's a very powerful feature within itself on the omnichannel side. Now however I'm proposing to expand the capability of this app to support DM (direct messages) to the bot as well, so that this app can be used to support questions of users (RC users) within the organization using Rocket.chat.
The way it works is simple, we have a new setting in our app to allow support for DM. If enabled, then any DM to the configured bot would act as a Dialogflow chat and this way Rocket.Chat users will be able to ask questions to the bot configured in Dialogflow
