Following the plan mentioned in #45, this PR updates the readme and documentation to recommend using stdlib when possible. A migration guide is provided as well.

Hello @emmatyping, if you want to check the migration guide from pyzstd to stdlib, feel free to do so! But no worries if you don't have the time, it can always be improved later with users' feedback.

Compared to our previous discussion about EndlessZstdDecompressor, I have added a link to a code snippet re-implementing the class in pure Python.
