Bugs Fixed

• Cannot send international mail with International Standard priority, when direct sea route from origin to destination exists
• able to send mail over the weight and volume limit, when sending by Domestic Standard
• Critical routes not working in stats page
• Average delivery time not showing in Manager logs
• Wrong calculation of average mail duration in Manager
• All critical routes not showing in Manager

Change list

• Mail and prices can only be entered if origin is Domestic
• Renamed delete transport to Transport Discontinued
• Added units to values g, cm^3
