Last week LiveView 1.1 came out. I bumped the LiveView version to 1.1. Because LiveView is moving from Floki to LazyHTML LiveView requires adding LazyHTML as a dependency. That in turn removes the need for Floki, so I removed that dependency and replaced any tests that depended on Floki with tests that use LazyHTML.
