remaining dependencies

I've added packages for all the remaining dependencies except sdformat using the template you've created. This is a very hastily constructed set of package definitions, and I neglected to specify external dependencies or test anything, so I'm sure there is still a lot of work to do. However, this should lay the basic groundwork for the completion of the gz-sim package once sdformat is successfully packaged and the correct external dependencies are integrated. Feel free to convert this to a full PR and merge if you want to integrate these changes.

While foxing the evaluation of these changes, I found that we need two more packages (aside from sdformat) to build gc-physics.

I packaged sdformat locally. Would you mind if I push the changes to the feature branch you use to create this PR?

The key for sdformat to discover the external depencency is to add pkg-confog to nativeBuildInputs.
