-Testing is paused pending release of pocket-tts 1.04 as that will support .safetensors and voice cloning

-Voices provided in .safetensors format to make even initial load/generation quick.

-Assumes pocket-tts-voices will appear alongside pocket-tts-models in the .exe directory; could also be transitioned to a folder inside of pocket-tts-models folder easily to avoid too many extra folders in .exe directory.
