The data set contains data of a particular telecom company and thier churners and non churners. our task is to identify the churners and the factors making the customers churn. Bi-variate analysis is done on the data set inorder to compare it w.r.t the churn rate. Data is then seperated w.r.t Numerical and categorical features and various ensamble techniques are applied. The best model XG Boost is selected and further analysis is done.
