Initial stable release of Codex Account Manager.
Manage and switch multiple Codex accounts with per-account credits/usage.
Account buckets: Active, Depleted, Frozen, with drag/drop ordering.
Desktop-first startup with automatic browser fallback if WebView is unavailable.
Switched to native system title bar (custom title bar removed for stability).
Build pipeline improved:
- single embedded frontend HTML output,
- parallel multi-target builds,
- standardized binary names (codex-manager-<os>-<arch>, .exe on Windows),
- improved macOS cross-compile support.
