Now the program is licensed unter the MIT license

This is the first running version of this program.
It has four different operation modes: index-based, index-length-based and two substring-separator based modes (before and after substring)

This program is meant to help with string processing in shell scrips.

Even though the program has been tested it is very likely to still contain some bugs.
