Improve detection context scoring and metadata (add live dashboard)

Summary

• carry rule severity, metadata, verifier hints, and remediation guidance into candidates and merged findings
• add snippet-based context scoring and feed correlation scoring with the strongest context for each finding
• expand quick regex scanning coverage for cloud/service providers and treat them as high-confidence patterns
• add a Mr. Robot-inspired Rich live dashboard with phase-aware updates, telemetry, and event ticker
• surface -h/--help for the CLI, document the new dashboard, and make verification tests runnable without async plugins
