- Moves bulk certificate generation for tests and trainings to an asynchronous RQ based workflow
- Implemented shared async certificate generation logic in cron/tasks.py
- Reused existing certificate rendering logic for output consistency
- Saves merged PDFs under media/certificates/
- Migration included for the new CertificateBatch model
